2. To determine the average hourly rate of male research scientists and assess any gender-based disparities in compensation within this job role.
3. To explore the relationship between attrition rate and monthly income statistics, aiming to uncover insights on the impact of income on employee retention.
4. To calculate the average number of working years for each department, providing insights into employee tenure and potential factors influencing long-term commitment.
5. To examine the correlation between job roles and work-life balance, identifying areas where work-life balance may be compromised and suggesting possible interventions to enhance employee well-being and engagement.

Excel Work
I successfully completed an HR analytics project focused on employee retention using Excel. The project involved analyzing various factors influencing attrition rates within the organization. Through data analysis and visualization, I identified key insights and trends related to attrition rates, such as the impact of monthly income, work-life balance, and years since the last promotion.
